Extended Stay America Suites- Tacoma - Fife

Ally and Cheryl are AMAZING and so so patient! Our family has been in the hotel business for years and happened to stay at this location perchance. What a lovely happenstance, and welcome surprise. Ally was clear, concise and polite throughout our stay. Her front desk skills are outstanding and she was so patient and kind when speaking to her coworkers. It was a pleasure to have an issues solved or explained by her during our stay and our family wishes her the best on her journey in life! Cheryl made my work mornings incredibly pleasant. As someone who works opening shift, I truly appreciate the gentle cheerful she exudes during the early hours. Her demeanor is so pleasant and graceful! She was extremely patient during my morning fatigue/fog and answered all questions regarding room card usage easily and promptly. Both of women, amazing fashion and hair tips aside, are fantastic attendants and would’ve made me proud to have working front desk and representing my family’s hotel. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re to be scouted by the Mandarin Oriental or a hotel of the like. Thank you both!

The front desk staff here are all amazing! Had an issue with Priceline, but they were able to help me understand what happened and fixed it to save us the hassle . The grounds were clean and quiet, as was the hotel itself. The rooms were clean and spacious. Location is ideal as I work 30 minutes away, and it is right off the freeway. They also knew we were going to be here long term and made sure to check if we needed dishes or any other household items that they provide. And they are pet friendly! Would definitely recommend to friends or family.

I stayed at this located 3 weeks,great customer service ,staff on their job,helpful,got new towels and sheets daily. Rooms are clean,comfy beds .Was convent to have kitchinet,nice to cook in .

To be honest, I had pretty low expectations given some of the other reviews, but we did not experience any of the negative aspects others had. Perhaps we just got lucky? We stayed in room 332, a pet friendly king suite that both looked and smelled clean. It had hard wood floors, a perfectly functional AC machine and plenty of hot water. The lady running the desk was very friendly and helpful and checked in with us shortly after we arrived in our room to make sure we were taken care of. It may not be a 5-star hotel, but certainly worthy of a 5 star review, especially to offset some of the 1-star reviews which appear to be obviously obsolete.

Our stay at The Extended Stay in Fife has been a true blessing during an incredibly challenging period in our lives. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we’ve found ourselves in need of a temporary place to stay, and this hotel has provided us with more than just a room—it’s offered us comfort, stability, and a sense of security when we needed it most. From the very beginning, the staff has been attentive, friendly, and genuinely supportive. They’ve made sure that our needs were met and that we always felt safe and respected. The rooms are cozy, well-maintained, and provide a peaceful refuge, which has made it easier to focus on the next steps in our journey. We are so grateful to Antonio and his staff for their kindness, professionalism, and for offering us a warm place to stay during such a difficult time. If you’re in need of temporary accommodation, we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The care and understanding we’ve received here have meant the world to us.

I’ve been staying here for a while and am happy with my stay. The front desk employee named Hope is super nice and always helpful. I’ve actually had a great experience with all of the employees here during my stay. The rooms are clean and the hotel is well maintained. I’ve had zero issues with crime and my car has always been safe. It’s close to the freeways and has a lot of good food nearby. I would recommend this location to anyone needing somewhere to stay for a good price.

I stayed at Extended Stay America in Fife while my son was hospitalized in Pierce County. It was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had staying in hotels. The hotel was very clean, well managed, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The front desk team were always friendly, patient, and ready to help. Allie was amazing and always eager to assist. Antonio was very helpful as well. The only downside was the stairwell door next to my room, which slammed loudly whenever someone used the stairs. Overall, I’m very grateful to the staff for making a stressful time much easier to manage.

I have been calling around to different hotels and motels today. Alley is the most pleasant, professional, and patient guest service representative I had the pleasure speaking with this entire day! It was like a breath of fresh air. I plan on updating this post when more facts and pictures when I check in.

Joanne she is manager she is very friendly and hard working , never seizes to impress with her service she amazing me she care security is perfect really great venue with professional staff comfortable rooms family friendly property delivers genuine service from the heart colorful and original interior provide this whole experience is wonderful Rooms earn praise for their comfort and cleanliness Joanne she is wonderful friendly with my mom she is fantastic and all the staffs they are amazing Hope and the housekeepers fully went above and beyond they have good hospitality genuine kindness and ease I thank you for making our special it is and you are incredible formidable for everything what you do and professional I highly recommend staying here and it safe and incredibly unique

Nice rooms, good internet, clean and quiet. Staff is nice and friendly. My two complaints are they need more butlers (rolling carts) and they need to stop allowing the hot boxing in the parking lot. Some of us don't smoke or use and being forced to smell that while packing up my car was nauseating.
